I started my path in the beauty industry 23 years ago when I attended the Blanche MacDonald make-up artistry program. A couple years later I enrolled in hair school as a quick gut decision two weeks prior to intake. Turns out, it was absolutely the right decision for me. After 8 years working in the industry I made the move to Calgary and thought it was a good time for me to take a break from being behind the chair. After about 4 years away, I knew I needed to get back at it. I challenged the Red Seal exams and gained my certification while pregnant with my first child. I was so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to join the team here at B.U the following year. This spring 2024 will mark my sixth year back behind the chair with this amazing team.

I love doing soft, blended highlights, short ladies cuts and round brush blowouts.

Always creative in nature, I love just about anything crafty, though most days my craft endeavors are focused around my kids current obsessions. Baking has been a pastime of mine for as long as I can remember - a dangerous combination for someone with a sweet tooth!!
